About the Conference
Traditionally, the Department of Physical Materials Science organizes international conferences that unite the scientific interests of materials scientists and establish friendly relations for generations. This year the International Conference “Advanced & Novel Technologies - Interdisciplinary Collaboration in Materials Science” (ANTICM-2025) will be held.
The conference is an important platform for presenting modern research results related to materials science engineering technologies, materials and their properties. Scientists, researchers, engineers, and students from universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises from all over the world will meet to present their current research, exchange ideas, and discuss problems, promoting future collaboration.
The event will include keynote speeches, invited lectures, and various presentations. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in online or offline discussions on the latest innovations and trends, as well as practical challenges in the field of materials science.

Submission process
1. Pre-review submission. All authors must first submit their materials through our Google Form for initial review: https://forms.gle/BhVp3VUNhPMGC19MA
After review, authors will receive email instructions for:
- Abstract publication (internal proceedings)
- Springer submission system access (for full papers)
Submission options
1. Conference Proceedings by Springer. Authors are invited to submit full and original research papers (minimum 8 pages) on Conference topics of interest through EquinOCS Free Online Conference Service by February 4, 2025.
2. Book of Abstracts (Internal University Publication). Authors can submit abstracts in Ukrainian or English.
Formatting requirements
For Springer articles:
- Full papers (minimum 8 pages)
- Language: English only
- Submission through EquinOCS system
- Follow Springer guidelines: step-by-step conference proceedings
- Article design sample: see Article design template below
For abstracts:
- Up to 2 pages
- Format: A5 (148×210 mm)
- Margins: top – 20 mm, bottom – 25 mm, left – 20 mm, right – 20 mm
- Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt
- Single line spacing
- Paragraph indent: 10 mm
- Formulas: Microsoft EQUATION
- Figures and photos must be embedded in text and additionally provided as TIFF files
Abstract structure:
- Classification indices
- Authors' names and initials
- Scientific degree, position, and affiliation of each author
- Title (centered, bold)
- Abstract text
- References
Mandatory requirements
- Papers/abstracts must be original and unpublished
- Conference presentation is mandatory (NO-SHOW-NO-PAPER POLICY)
- Maximum two submissions per author
- Maximum five authors per paper
- Self-citation should not exceed 10%
- All submissions must be within conference scope
- For Springer publications, presentation in English is mandatory
Review process
- Double-blind peer review by at least two experts
- Evaluation criteria: technical quality, relevance, originality, significance, clarity
- Authors will receive reviewer feedback
